José worked at CTI Móvil (GTE, Verizon and actually hold by América Móvil) in the Marketing Department since 1998. During 2001 he joined Telefónica Movistar’s Business Development Department in Argentina. During 2003 he joined the Spanish Business Development team in Madrid. In 2005 José joined Itegra www.itegra.com.ar , a technology business development company, with headquarters in Buenos Aires. Itegra developed different technology businesses in Argentina, such as Mobile2biz, the leading mobile solutions provider in Latam, which in 2006 merged with Netpeople International -the biggest mobile provider in the region, nowadays a Zed´s company-. In 2006 he joined Cellent Américas that was bought by Iken Solutions on November of 2008. In 2007 he cofounded Altergaia (www.altergaia.com) a consultant company focused on the digital environment. During 2009 he became Managing Director for Orugga, the leading mobile application developer in Latam.

Jose is also involved in the following organizations:

Orugga is the union of two freelance
mobile and financial tech teams
that work in different transactional
solutions since 2005.

In 2007 they decided work together and formalize the relationship making a company that they call Orugga.
Orugga, chiefly engaged in creating mobile transactional solutions and value added services for network operators, enterprises and money transfer companies. Orugga team has extensive expertise in the mobile and financial market developing diferent solutions for big brands. In November 2008 Orugga received a capitalization from Altergaia venture capital firm to develop the company in the region.
